Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you complete command over your mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect mail messages from one mail account to another, set up email filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your email mailbox accounts against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming electronic mails on the basis of specific rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create a filter for any of your email box accounts and change the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Simply specify the electronic mail account you would like to redirect e-mails from, then select the destination e-mail box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else.
